Residential Tenancy Tribunal
The role of the CTTT (Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal) is to resolve disputes between tenants, landlords, in a timely and effective manner. To start proceedings at the CTTT, an application form will need to be completed and lodged with the appropriate fee. Common disputes determined in this Division include:
  • Breaches of the agreement, for example rent arrears
  • Rent increases
  • Uncollected goods
  • Recognising occupants as tenants
The preparation of all applications associated with the Residential Tenancy Agreement is handled by your property manager. We also attend Residential Tenancy Tribunal on behalf of the owners.
