Our role as property managers is to educate our rental property owners. The owner is notified of a tenant vacate notice within 24 hours by phone and mail.

Our property management team will be in touch with you twice a week while the property is available for lease and when a prospective tenant lodges an application, you will be notified within 48 hours.
