All tenants are provided with "New Tenancy Checklist" and a copy of their "Residential tenancy Agreement" which offers detailed information on what is expected out of the tenant and highlights tenant's obligation and responsibilities.
LETCO real estate handles all breaches of contract including those resulting from non-payment of arrears and proper property maintenance and takes care of all the paper work that the process entails.
